At Shankriga, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Each Shankriga piece is individually made, and natural variations in texture, finish, or color are part of its unique charm — these are not considered defects.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos or a video of the damaged item
Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:
A replacement, or
A refund, depending on availability and circumstances

Refunds (If applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Normal wear and tear
Variations in color, texture, or finish due to handmade craftsmanship
Sale or discounted items
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.
